question about gifs

i got a gif (800x600pixels)

the question is: can i cut a part of this gif and save it again as gif?

Yes........ Paint will work for such job. "Select the part u want to cut, Right click, Cut, File > New, Paste!, Save - you should get the option to save it as GIF".

If its an animated GIF how do you toggle between frames in MS paint?

i mean an animated gif, i cant do this one with paint

you want to CROP and still be animated?

you need animated gif program...

old program paint shop pro 6 has an animation shop that can do it.

I like Adobe ImageReady for animations.

adobe FW or illustrator might do the job, cnt remember which one deals with animated gif files XD
