Question about warr DC scalings

Right now i'm stacking min dc, since im on 0 lk and mostly autoing anyways. But will it be worth stacking min when i get abilities such as fs, dr and bs? Do they scale off min dc at all, or just off top dc?

Stacking Min DC over max is always a mistake unless the mob has exactly 0 AC or very low hp

What would be the point of the weapons that raise the minimum DC for warriors?
