Quick question about "link to bots"

If some players use same proxy ip program and choose same line to connect to game; one of those player uses bot. Ban them all or ban the guy who uses bot? If ban them all, maybe some of them don't even know the cheating guy and just because their IP area is same, they get banned as "link to cheaters". Is that right? Just wondering.

It has nothing to do with IP as the IP address is not what is banned

Ok, and another question. I remembered that the new anti-cheating system was great, which was that when ppl get attacked, they have to walk first, or being pulled back. But it had been fixed back 1day after. Why?

What does it matter? It's fixed.
