right ive been working on my server and its bout 50% done lol
can ne1 tell me sum gd race and raceimgs i can use

like the 1 where a mob can recall u to it and para u
or where the mob can tele to u and the 1 where the mob poisons u

or ie where the mob can hit u with the ice spikes that come up from the floor


as u can guess im not to gd wit race and raceimgs lol

ne help will b greatful

Bump!

i also would like some help on creating mobs i want to make something like a Yob that does frost crunch attack to start with but any help on this would be great i guess raceIMG is the image of the mob and race is the type of mob so you could "cross" a cystralspiders attack with the image of a hen or something...

It's not as simple as choosing a race and then choosing a raceimg. Most of the time they will need to match up in the code for it to work. The best you can do is re-use mobs already in the files.

If you want to use a Race that uses magic for a new mob you will have to add some more attacking images to the end of the mob images. But to do this you have to make sure it's the last mob in the mon file otherwise it throws of the reading of the rest of the monster below it and they don't appear correctly ingame.

- Find the mob you want to add the race to.
- Add it to the bottom of one of your Mon.wil files
- Export the attacking images.
- Import them again directly after the death images of the mob.

It's a quick fix if you don't want to use the same mob images for Magic using Monsters. Remember though if you want to add anything else to the file add it above your new magic attacking mob.
