hmm funny, host is american, she'd b in bed by all that time n before she left yestoday is when the server went live lol. If it went down, musta been somthin wiv the connection mayb. No worries its up, ill ask about it any ways.

as you said rage, the host is american so she mite put it down for a bit -while she is sleeping (which would be daytime here) so its down while she sleeps + it'll be back up wen its night here + day there (if u know wot i mean :P)
