Random noobs in bw? Bots?

So just an FYI, Been seeing quite a few noobs in sz tonight running off to random areas/respawning/running off and back again all seeming to be doing the same actions. All the char names seem to be randomly generated and nothing a normal player would use including chinese player from my experience. May want to look into to this.

Seem to be running to SV, Dying respawning and selling any gear left in bag I spotted atleast 6 of them so far tonight and followed all to sv. I block mobs or rep and they just follow.

This guy and about ten others were in mizu earlier in the day randomly running around botting killing everything but only picking up pots and gold, not a single item was picked up including a couple of yellows, they all had similar names to this guys and more or less identical levels and kit

These bots take so much of my time, time I should be spending making the server better.

They just keep coming back. We have banned them in every possible way yet as you see they still manage to come back.

The system has flagged them so I will ban them later including all accounts linked to them.

In the instance of low level bot-able provinces/caves, would it be possible to make some kind of random generated password request as used for form submission online?

Leave only small pots in drop files for sub level 22 mobs and remove their monetary value?

Little bit harsh on genuine new players to remove anything of monetary value.

Bots are always a hard thing to stop for all online games. Even Blizzard had problems stopping them when i played WoW.

How about making chars not aloud to trade gold (items ok) until lvl 20 ?

I honestly dont really care about bots tbh but when it starts getting in my way and when you can see them doing it blatantly its a bit ridiculous. Can't some sort of movement tracker be made where if you make the same movements say x times you get force logged from server and reported? Like cheats with time sync ect?

It might be due to the trees though, like Ciggy said. Re-remove them?

what about something like border control, as you go through to BW from SV the guard asks you to key in "password" if you get it wrong.....splat

Dont think its to do with the trees tbh because i followed them to sv the other day and they dont even stop to farm the trees they go straight for the snakes in sv
