Ranged element damage reduced since reboot?

One of my mates that plays wizz and uses fire element damage was moaning about this to me first.. didnt take any notice of it.

But when playing on my tao which uses mostly holy damage, it definately seems to be about 40/30% damages reduction.

Anyone else notice much difference? didnt see in patch notes bout the ranged element getting nerfed.

There was no change to elements/spells

ok... this is embarrassing.

My holy amulet was out, which means my holy buff & Holy dmage i get from it was not there.

This i believe was the issue.
