i dont do rankings m8 but its not half bad.. what exactly av u dun? apart for add text? o btw the text needs 2 blend better n be bigger so clearer 2 read coz i cant even read after razor m8..

As far as i know its a picture of one of the characters from sonic probebly taken from google.. put onto a black backgrounded picture and txt added..

It is just a picture, you need to learn to design your own work mate. Try C4D rendering using smudging and stuff, seems to be the in thing and not too hard to do.

steish u need help m8.. since when av u bcome this almighty graphics expert? 1 min u barly say a word the next ur acting like ur god telling us u dont even wanna rate it coz u feel its not worthy of ur screen. come on woots lets see action over text.. n dont say wat bout my sig coz that was dun agessss ago. so before u put forth bad reports maby u shud step up.

I like the text effect, and the background. But i think alot more could be done to vastly improve this.

hmm. well, as nobody is really giving helpful marks, i will :P
make a new background (the size of that image) get some brushes and do as you want on the bg.
cut that sonic picture out and slap it on the bg.
move the text so it is coming down the left side.
add a border :
stroke > white > 50% > 3pix
stroke > black > 50% > 2pix
stroke > white > 75% > 1pix
