Realising a Weather System

Hi all.. im working on a weather system for mir2.. and ill be releasing it if it comes up to be something nice to see... ovviously it has a lot of work to do and must be used only in certain special event because i'm taking out the thunder and lava skill for making it rain and snow.. so EvilMir wont be playable in the these i will want to make it rain.. but anyhow the system is starting to work a bit but before continuing i was thinking..

is it possibile to change the power thunder and lava skill has?

and for last.. can anyone help me find the wav file that mir plays when it strikes the thunder?

Lol i just played every wav file in the mir client and couldnt quite work out which one was thunder, I like this weather system idea, Its quite a big feature, Im not sure on removing skills though, It could unbalance it slightly dont you think?
