40 metempsychosis - Means to be reborn or "rebirth"

but when i put this in and i rebirth my char it says u are not rebirthed
when i try and put the item one

also can u tell me if there is owt wrong with script as i think it is this that is not working right as when i do @renamelevel name lvl it let me put the item on
