I tried ff with mc 50-55.... Yes I hit more consistently but I didn't hit no 400+



ff doesn't work purely off base, feel free to log on and test it yourself

This is true, 10-20 mc hits higher than 10-18 mc, it isn't PURELY base, base just adds a lot more damage per stat than Max does.
