Changes made as of Chronicles 1.9.9.9:

- Monk UltimateEnhancer buff fixed.
- Shaolin proc fix (should fix issue with people not going brown).
- Adjustments to ThunderShaolin (stun chance slightly reduced).
- Shaolin/Fire/Thunder - SC/DC ratio tweaked a little in SC's favour
- Fix for BloodMage resurrected mobs dying straight away
- WoodenPole being given to all classes fix.
- Monk safezone fix.
- Monk crystal armour fix.
- Adjustments to supershaolin (damage increased)
- Weapon Swap added to Bichon Weapon NPC for Monks who completed Fate or RedMoon quests and received the wrong item
- Tweaks tested publically last Friday implemented (ASpeed capped to 7 and DoubleSlash speed improved)

Wasnt the last patch 1.9.9.6?
Why does it jump to 1.9.9.9?
Is it to get closer to 2.0? As you have an announcement to make very soon?

Think the yellow stun nerf is shite like but Spose depends on how much more effective the sc makes the spells

I think the problem is that at a.speed 0 the stun works nicely, boosting monks DPS and locking mobs saving pots/dura. However at speed 7 the monster is just permanently yellowed. It's another case of nerf the spell because at one extreme it's vastly overpowered. Maybe calculate yellow poison to work like slow? Where it isn't affected by attack speed (supposedly).

Ahh I see! I've not been fortunate enough to test at max speed, 1 v 1 in foxes it seems fine helps you kill foxes efficiently but more than 1 fox and you burn pots, which is fine don't mind, but if it was less effective 1 v 1 with the monk dps pre patch that could suck, but if at +7 speed it's too effective then yeah I think your idea is best, have to see what happens after this reboot,
