Already discussed this with Dan but wanted to put up a post as I'm sure he gets a million messages a day!

Currently red poison seems to only be increasing damage by an extremely low % to the point where its not even worth using. From my experience Red Poison use to increase damage by 33% however from tests in game this seems to be a lot less.

Sorry for the poor quality, but on average the damage is increased by 1. Working out that on my damage was coming back at stupidly low %'s (talking a total damage increase of 2-3%). When Dan tested using Luck +7 so damage was consistent and using higher level kit the multiplier came back as 10% every time which makes sense (I'm not hitting over 100's)

Is their any chance this can be reviewed/looked at? With it being so low theirs little point to using it or for the most part dragging a Taoist along for the ride as we're just a leach on the EXP! (who am I kidding a Tao is always a leach on the EXP).

Any other thoughts or opinions on this?

If I remember right on the base crystal files red poison only affects the amour rate of a mob and not your damage directly. Also applied differently between pve and pvp.. have you tried mobs with high ac vs low ac

I'm only low levelled but it made a 1 damage difference when hunting in Bichon Mines, Stone Temple, Fleas and in a group in PT.

Probably needs further testing, Dans already confirmed its 10% but that this may need to be reviewed. As it stands I do more damage casting green poison over red. Even when hunting with others its more beneficial for me to cast green than red as the ticks add up to more DPS in total. If this is as intended that's fine too, just as a support class if we lack the tools to make us worth adding to a group people will not want to group and share EXP.

Red psn works a bit different than most skills.
It doesn't matter if u have max luck and 5000 SC, it doesn't affect red poison. The only thing that affects it is the level of the skill (0,1,2 or 3).
It seems that on here red psn dmg multip is pretty low and it needs tweaks/testing.

PS: green psn...thats another story, it scales with SC.

Where do you get your statistics? Confirmed by GM that is was 10% at level 3, I would say its been increased to 20% as I'm now ticking at 3-4 damage more (still totally useless IMO, whos going to bugger about casting red poison for an extra 3-4 damage? Hopefully resolves itself as people get higher level)
