using this atm on my 42 warrior as it only reduces my DC by 4 (yes i have **** kit).
i have 0 attack speed increases and i have 10-58 DC.
i am receiving 2HP every 2-5 hits. i am not sure if this works from hits off CHM. results are even worse if that is the case.
i have 732 hp.
so what exactly is this set suppose to do? how much hp should i be receiving and how often should i receive it?
atm i am doing a figurative guess that it is 20% chance to restore 0.2% hp on hit.
if it works with CHM off hits then it is more like 5% chance for 0.2% hp on hit.
