Refining Weapons

I notcied after refining my MageStaff that the durability went from 12/15 to 9/9, is this intended or a bug?

It all depends on the combined total of the purity's of BIO you use.. Try to keep it at around 50 to keep your dura the same, if you want to add dura go for around 70/80. Anything less than 50 will lose dura

Assuming there is not a bug, and this refining works the same ...

chance to add dura was random on the other clients, aslong as the total purity was over 60 it may or may not add dura, going higher made no difference

I am able to refine without loosing dura, so the mechanism is working.

Need More Ore! by the sounds of it.
