Registered for an account with Artificial, forgot password and not getting emails

Mu online season 21 - grand opening

Last night I downloaded Artificial and I registered for a log on and password.

I forgot my password and clicked the link to send an e-mail a few times but still get no link sent to change it.

Am I doing something wrong or is there some other channel I go to for this?

Discord is your best bet. However make sure to check your junk mailbox as sometimes they arrive there. Also, we have had issues with outlook/hotmail blocking the emails in the past so if you're using either of those you might need to open a ticket on our discord or if it's a new account might be easier to use a different email.

I logged into Discord now but not sure where to go.

Also its my first time opening a ticket on your discord so would need to know how to do it.

to open a ticket and discuss a problem with us, go there and just send the message:

-ticket open account problem

that will automatically open a new private channel on the left hand side where you can discuss the problem with our admin team
