So, I have my setup as:

1 PC Win7 - Connects with Ethernet cable into router
1 Laptop Win XP - Connects with Ethernet Cable (My Test/Download laptop)
1 Laptop Win7 - Connects via wireless (My normal use laptop)

They're all on a WORKGROUP, and all have RDP enabled so I can connect to them when needed from either of them.

However, I'm wanting to be able to access my test laptop from other computers outside my own network... So from my work laptop when at work... How can I do this?

I could just use the Logmein free, but would prefer to use RDP.

just open port 3389 on router/pc firewall
Wouldn't work correctly if it wasn't a static IP, as depending who the ISP is would depend on how often the dynamic IP would change. Using a program such as logmein or setting up a OpenDNS on the machine would work for outside access if on dynamic IP.
