A moment of silence and remembrance for the fallen reporter. I know all aspects or outlooks are not the same for the USA, but he is still a human and deserves to be remembered for a moment.

He got kidnapped in 2011 for like 6 weeks also I read, then went back out and got kidnapped again. Not to speak ill of the dead but If you got kidnapped once then why would you go back again to places just as bad / worse. Kinda could have avoided this. At least by the sounds of it he was a genuine reporter who reported peoples stories, and not a load of bull-**** that most papers / reporters report. R.I.P nonetheless, absolutely horrific, nobody deserves a death like that.
