Yea I know but hit delay can be put on so wouldn't be surprised if auto run can be put on/off in the same file
People make mistakes
Edit: note the reason hit delay is off cause of an mayor issue we had with a hit bugg which spoiled the game for warriors since they couldn't tank 3 or more mobs cause they would be knocked back so much that they'd just die of not attacking

If you knew anything you would know, I did the king files for release all cheats are disabled apart from the ones that are hard coded.
I made it so you could turn hit delay on/off on the files however its still not correct delay after being hit - its like half a second.
Auto run and freezing when a monster hits you are hard coded into the client exe, nothing to do with the dll or 'cheats'.
Chinese have auto run, hp bars and no hit delay even in their official servers, for them it is normal and most probably why it was coded that way.
Any Mir3 server now will get a maximum of 20 players and a lucky high end maximum of 40 players.
