Soz but i think Skibadee's is better atm, basically because theres more in it, i really don't like Nutter's it jsut doesn't look professional and i don't really like the graphic you produced but as you say your not at home.

Just like to give my opinion ;p

Thanks, honestly i'm not all that great at grunge effects, but I thought that looked good, the text seems to compliment the effect. Really I would have liked to use CS2 to make it...

Also shard, i got your PM but i only use MSN for IRL contacts now days, can you PM me instead?

I had a go ^-^.

Might not be to your liking, I’m normally pure vector, so trying to incorporate a grunge feel to the design took a while. I have done a bit of both, the cityscape and rising arrows represent your new band. Didn’t mean for it to go that deep btw, just turned out that way. If you want the scan lines/anything removed amended I’d be more than happy to help, or even if you want to stray completely from the design. Pink ftw!

Wow, I don't know about a splash, but that would be an awesome album cover.

Good job.

Val's would be easy to make actually very simple, its just a brush that comes with a vector brush pack, with a bit of text and some scanlines. Very simple, but very effective, Lyriczls is absolutely amazing imo, anybody that says it isnt should be shot in the face with a double barrel shotgun. :P :)

True to a degree, I mean... it strays quite a bit from my normal 5 hour vector pieces.

However, art is a lot more than what you claim. You start with nothing, and your objective is to make something out of nothing with what you have, not to make it as hard/simple as possible. That's just the way it is, I’m not disrespecting your opinion, I just think that your lines for critique are unjustified, painting is just splashing paint on a canvas, but it takes an artist to know where to put the paint.

Again, I must stress I'm not saying I don't appreciate your opinion, it just frustrates me when people put down digital art because they deem it to be simple and "easy to make".

took 2 mins, and i know it looks like it took even less, but that blood splatter of mental's was too nice not to rip.
