hey

Couldnt see any info on the games res. Will i be able to window mode it and re size it accordingly..?

I don't mind a low res game as long as i can window mode it and make it bigger, Playing a game 800x600 on a 2560x1600 screen is mind numbingly stupid

Would anyone be kind enough to tell me how to run mir in 1024x768 and/or windowed mode, much appreciated , I didn't play beta but when I click the client makes my windows looks big blocky 600x800 I think it is!

It was in the mir2.ini i think, however I am not seeing it there.

I am not 100% sure, but with mir3, it always starts out at 800x600, then once ingame it became 1024x768, it may also do that here too?

The login always maintains the same resolution, you can change resolution by accessing the options menu ingame.

Alternatively you can enable window mode by changing "FullScreen=1" to "FullScreen=0" in your mir2.ini File from within in the client, and also your resolution by changing "ScreenMode="

"ScreenMode=1" = widescreen
"ScreenMode=2" = 1024x768
"ScreenMode=0" = 800x600

then save file

Yeah the only way i came up with was adjusting the desktop resolution to make the window seem a reasonable size, would be nice to be able to just stretch it but maybe thats out of the question or not..

I did actually make a thread about this a few weeks ago and got no answer.

I'd like to get an answer on this personally, as playing on such a small window due to large resolutions is painful.

My monitor is an asus 24inch, res is 1920x1080, it don't run at that, but it runs at full screen at the highest res selected ingame, carnt remember what that is tho, if your using nvidia have you tried going to the nvid control panel and selecting no scaling, use this method to override all games res, works perfect for me, I do the same when playing on my 32"
