Resolution

Not sure why, but when i fire my mir2.exe up it changes my resolution to 1024x768. Prefer playing with 1366x768.

Cant work out how to stop it changing, dunno why its started doing this -.-

Play in windowed mode? That way your screen res stays untouched?

Nah never played in windowed mode. Used to play with about 1/6th of screen black either side of game.

My resolution changes on my actual desktop from 1366x768 to 1024x768 when i use the .exe.

My cursor is out of line too. Click say my char screen tab and it opens my bag... -.-

Tried alt+enter etc
Tried changing res ingame and relogging
Tried minimising and changing desktop res back to 1366x768
Tried deleting everything and repatching

Yeah I found that playing in windows mode makes it so your mouse is slightly out of line. I usually have to hover mouse blew what I want to click on

Playing in window mode also causes ur char to stop running/stop casting/potting etc. Like youve clicked onto another program and no longer on the mir application.

I just died because of this, pressed a sunpot and got the little "ding" sound ur pc makes when u try do something you cant....

Game beginning to piss me off tbh, so many things wrong and/or going wrong its more stress than enjoyment atm.

I had thos problem died loads of times from it pvping and in caves, suppose its something you should not habe to get used too. Having to click to reselect the window. I reinstalled keyboard mouse n everything :/

Also I dk t ha e 1366x768 on mine even though its my recommened desktop screen res :/

I have also found that i cant set the client to 16bit? i Change it, save it, close it down and reopen it and its back to 32bit?

This happens because your computer is scaling the game when you run it full screen even if you see black bars on side - it may still be stretched some way. Switch the scaling off in your video card setting or display setting (standalone external displays have it in their hardware and its controled by the buttons on the display bezel) and your clicks should be in right place.
If you run in windowed mode, don't resize the window because then the same thing will happen, your mouse clicks won't be where they should be on gui, probably on playing area also, like you click mob and nowt happens. If you find that window too small, change your desktop to some lower res but whatever you do, don't pull on the windowed mir window edges to change its size.

I had the problem of the mouse cursor being out of line in full window but only when I switched the room my pc was in. In 1 room it was on a 32" hd tv and all worked fine. In the other room it was hooked up to a 42" he ready tv and that's the 1 it was dodgy on. Tried changing resolution but had less options and couldn't get it to work even when I turned off the scaling. In the end a just thought fk it lol n moved it back =D
