NPC at kings room doors , tele to enter. it only allows you to enter if enough people grouped on the map :
stops 1-2 people killing everything and encourages group hunting. Harder the mob/better it drops the more players needed to group to enter KR.

make it so Bosses attack the weakest member of group could be by level or HP of the char or defense stats.

more than one group can enter so no issues about no PvP/PK for bosses.

bosses should not be 1-2 char killable in my book aid this by removing all trap spots please in KR. bosses tele you too it or teles to player. Bosses attack weakest member of group could be by level or HP

make no pots drop in caves after certain floors

The tele in thing for KR is worth a look, copy n paste the MK npc and add the need for a certain number of ppl for each group. Would need to be looked at incase of abuse though, and some KR's might not be applicable, EC KR for example if used for lvling/ET hunting, BDD would likely have to be disregarded completely (maybe not OKS).

Some places might still face similar problems too, Hell 3rd for example, you could still basicly tele a group in, block the area with the main group and send 1-2 people to kill ahead.

Bosses attacking the weakest member is a non-started though, Hp based it just means Bosses chase wizzies around every KR ingame with everybody else getting annoyed chasing them and shouting at the wiz to sit the **** still. Level based you take a full AMC/MR warrior 1 lvl below the rest, have him stand still and take the hits while the group easily semi-afk kills the boss.

Why?
If someone has put in the hours and the thought and works out how to kill a boss in a small group why shouldnt they?
You are sayin you have to take 8 people to a npc when only 2 are needed?
Other servers it was wiz soloing everything from a very low level and no one suggested compulsory groups then.
