You need a little device known as a HARDWARE keylogger. It sits in between the keyboard and the computer and just logs everything typed.

They are round £70, £50 if ur lucky. All u need to do is connect one of these somewhere important for a few days, and retrieve it later ;).

Or you could not get yourself in major trouble and stop d/l'ing porn over the college network~ hehe! :D

I guess if you're allowed you could carry an external storage device if its more space your wanting. I wouldn't suggest hacking into the college network because they're usually in two segments (admin network and student network) and you'll be picked up straight away.

LeoCrasher shouldn't be promoting felony. ;)

You dont have a clue do you Fire lol...

We have a RM Network on our school, its not in segments. What worries me though is the way RM Community Connect 3 works.

There is a public shared drive (P:) which contains executables that are downloaded every single user logon. Whats worse is that these executables can be replaced, as the permissions to stop writing have not been set.

Imagine replacing those EXE's with any form of virus. Havoc.

The HARDWARE keyboard logger is VERY useful though, as then they can't identify you as easily ;).

I think we use Ranger network at college and it is in 'segments' (best word for it). :P

Plus wouldnt this hardware logger be easily spotted? Your plan seems to be be a little too extreme for such a simple problem. *unsure*

Easily spotted?

Only if they go round the back of the PC, and/or follow the cable. It maybe extream for Jenova's problem, but it works as a very good solution to mine.

well thnx ppl for advises but its something a bit different what i'd like to have

u see, space would be good, but admin functions on my account even better. i have had really nice thoughts about it recently, like banning my enemies and selling space £5 for a gig hehe, but not to get caught i'd have to make a new admin account and delete the admin functions from my account.

i wouldnt want to virus the network cus i am worried for my work being affected and a hardware keylogger will be niticed cus they check the computers every night.

technitian is a nice bloke in this colledge and in cace he asked me where i got the unlimited space i could just play dumb.

i have searched google for rm admin hacks but the staff seems to have blocked all sites containing any info about hacking / rm network

also there is no access to Hd(C) and for that reason i cannot install mir on here.

for example when i downloaded the mir14_full.exe and ran it the install shield just stopped responding and when i extracted the contence to a different folder and ran the setup.exe it just tells me the access to drive C is denyed.

so the reasons for admin functions would be

-space
-access to hard drive
-access to other sites
-access to other people's accounts to change their space settings

P.S. congratulations leo on 1000th post :)

easy way to get into c:/ well two ways.

create a shortcut to my documents, change the destination from c:/mydocs or *pupilsdrive/username/docs* to C:/
or
properties on a shortcut on the desktop and click "find target" works everytime on our school network... and they still havent found out he he he he....

This text document I found on various places of the web jenova. You might find it interesting if your school has computers running RM Community Connect 2. (Usually Win9x machines).

ok great now i cant host pictures

well basically there is a box that pops up saying i have no permission to access the properties

also all the work is stored at Aking98 on 'Server1' (N:)

other pupils have other names obviously so it would be Rwilson98, stuff like that.

ill read the document during it lesson leo thnx seems to be interesting

by the way which schools u go to viola and leo? i am in St. Edmund Campion 6th form

well i read the attachement through but it doesnt tell u how to make urself an admin, allthough it does tell u how to turn restrictions off and how to hide files so that they dont use space, but the functions that r needeed for that are disabled on this network :(

for example start>run or find

gona keep searching maygbe will find something, thnx 4 elp :)
