i think he means "gadget boy" which is the only possible retardness i can think off. Gadget Boy is a "new age ripoff" of "Inspector Gadget" with a kid instead of a guy, and he has this annoying as **** voice. It used to always be on when I was channel hopping, and the only thing that can **** you off more than the ****ty talking, is the piss music, and the fact it was made by a french studio.

If im correct about the cartoon he is watching, then he must be 7 or 8 years old, because gadget boy isnt anything "cool" in any respect, its not like its an anime or something. The Humour is entirely based around the following situation
"Hey gadget boy dont do that"
*gadget boy does whatever it is anyway*
"Oh no now look what you did"
obviously the hilarious scene ends with some guy caught in their own trap, or someone getting covered in mud or something else ****ty, and it all somehow works out in the end.
Real cartoons = The Classics. Tom and Jerry, Foghord leghorn (LOL) and really ****ty cartoon i got on video from a carboot sale when i was 5, the video was from like 1964 and had a kid in it who was a treasure hunter, in the 2nd episode on the video, he killed a load of beavers with dynamite for no apparent reasons.
