try open range ports 5000-8000

I tried that, and still saying that it can't connect >.<
Any solutions?
Or it's a modem problem?

I changed a lot of things, and finally it let me log gin, I enter my user and password, and it's ok, but when I click on log in, with my name and password, only appears the name of the server, and when I click on it, it says that the charachter info can't be loaded
What may I do?
I opened both ports between 4999 and 8000 and I clicked on both, not on TCP or UDP, and in a port checker, says that all that ports are open, except the 7000 and 7010 :S

He cambiado muchas cosas y finalmente me deja entrar, cuando pongo mi nombre de usuario y contraseña, me sale el nombre de mi servidor, pero solo el nombre, sin el (OK) al lado ni nada de eso, y me dice que la informacion del personaje no puede ser cargada
¿Qué hago?
He abierto los puretos del 4999 al 8000 y he puesto both en vez de TCP o UDP, y me dice un chequedaor de puertos, que estan todos abiertos menos el 7000 y el 7010 :S
