just wondering if you can host on a router without forwarding ports as I use my uncles isp and do not know his isp user and pass os cant logg into that 192.168.0.1 does that matter? :erum:

no you have to forward 3 of the ports

you need to go into your router setup and do it from there
forward port
7000
7100
7200

to your private IP

yes you will need a user and pass to change the settings for the router

well u can find a list of the default passwords on google, its normally ID: admin ass: admin
but thats if he aint changed it, my default was:
ID:
Password:admin
but i changed now :P

Where would these ID details for the router be? Because my dad doesn't remember making one and Admin Admin doesn't work. I have good Memory and a working offline server but I really wanna get this online A.S.A.P as all my mates want to play.

If the username and pass hasnt been changed then the default pass is usually mentioned in the user manual or just has no password. Also check the underside of the router.

ALRIGHT MY DAD CRACKED THE PASSWORD AND IT TAKES US TO A PAGE ABOUT ZOOM ADSL WHICH IS OUR BROADBAND MODEM ANYONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO FORWARD PORTS PLEASE ADD [email protected] AND TELL ME OR POST HERE BECAUSE MY DAD WONT LET ME USE HIS PC TO DO IT SO YOU HAVE TO TELL HIM!
