i know i will probiably be called a liar again because the people on this forum cant do it but w/e.

1.5 mile is piss, i think you actually get 12 30 and you only need to get it down to 12 when your in raleigh.

when i went to HMS Caledonia i got it done in about 7 mins 40 seconds. and i didnt really try that hard.

The average healthy 18 year old man can run 0.6 miles at an average speed of 9.5 mp/h. You just claimed to run nearly 3 times that at about a 12mph average, while not trying. mmkay.

10mph for first 2 1/2 minutes

1 minute at 13.8 (fastest the treadmills go)

drop down to 12 for 2 minutes

all out sprint for last however long

thats on a treadmill at jjb gym

outside i just run at a fast pace for as long as i could.

people run 26 miles in just over 2 hours

thats an average of 13 mph for 2 hours not just 8 minutes.

stop trying to be a smart ass because you obviously arnt

yes i know grammer is crap im about to go to bed and cba to sit up.

I'm sure it can be broken down like that for the 0.6 mile average speed, too. The thing is, as distance goes up, average speed goes down. In your case, it did just the opposite.

1. I find it funny you claimed the test was easy, but were unable able to calculate that the "lat however long" was actually 2 minutes, an all out sprint for 2 minutes? I dount you could sustain that at all.

2. Your first three statements make a total distance of 1.04 miles, leaving another .46 miles to do. So after running at a quite a pace for the first 2/3 of the distance you are able to "flat out sprint" the last 1/3

3. The answer to the above is "no" and strangely enough your average speed for the last part of it comes to 13.8mph looks like somebody was trying to do the math of the situation and got it wrong. keep in mind the fact that "flat out sprint" indicates a lot of speed and you would need to be going faster than the 13.8 at the beginning to end up with it as an average speed. So you ran faster than the treadmill can go?

The fact is you cannot apply simple mathematics to the situation to make it look feasable. Just saying you ran it in 7:40 would have closed any loopholes becuase despite the fact many wouldn't beleive you, it they wouldn't be able to disprove it. However the fact you tried to show off with some figures has ****ed up your information and proven it to be wrong.

Now you could say "but I meant flat out sprint at about 13.8 MPH" which unfortunately for you is covered by the fact that you would then have claimed to "flat out sprint" for a minute very early on in the run which is bull****.

The faster the human body goes the less efficient it is with energy, thats why you start of slow and get faster, then sprint at the end. What your basic information says is that you started steady, then sprinted, then ran very fast, then sprinted for an even longer period at the end.

Congradulations on displaying your stupidity and for managing to prove to an even higher degree that you weren't actually "Navy officer" smart.

When doing running on the tred mil for royal navy it will but put at a slant and you have to run at the speed they give you , you aint allowed to change the speed.
