How can I allow to use rt in the last floor after the kr and at the kr?

You can do it from your Mapinfo.txt

I'll give you an example.

[D1007 PrajnaTemple_4fb 0] DARK NOSPELLMOVE NOITEMMOVE NORANDOMMOVE NORECONNECT(D1006)

If you remove NOSPELLMOVE you will be able to teleport with spells (GeoManip and Teleport)

If you remove NOITEMMOVE you will be able to use TeleportRing and WeddingRing.

If you remove NORANDOMMOVE you will be able yo use RandomTeleport.

If you remove NORECONNECT(D1006) you will be able to log of in the map.
