My thought was that you were wasting your very valuable time smoothing ruffled feather chickens that should just shut the **** up especially in public. Guild leaders should settle them down
I do not think the information was widely known. Surely the only people that know are the ones with the recall set.
Even after someone gave the info there were more requests and moans so they don't believe you anyway.
Just mark posts like these Anxiety Attack and post that you do not respond to anxiety attack topics and will hand out infractions for those who pm you.
It isn't your job to deal with this kind of anguish over a rumour.

And no they cant get along. There's 10 years of grudge baggage. Lots of failed aspirations. There's players still trying to convince themselves they are good by being 5 levels higher or other methods.
I must admit, I sort of agree here, although not in the same manner.Threads do seem to get be closed too readily. I don't see what the massive issue is between guilds also fighting it out on the forums. Sure on occasion it may get personal, but after all this time of playing and acting as keyboard warriors ourselves at sometime during our mir lives, if they do get offended then they should probably not be playing.
One of the best things about this game is the arguments and rivalry's created ingame and through the forums. There are threads about making pvp more interesting, what better way to stoke up a few fires than by letting it happen on the forums a bit more?
Then take it to the guild section which is what it is for. But certain people cant help themselves and it spills over into the main section where it just causes problems and derails threads as well as generally just not looking very nice for potential players.

Then **** back off. You and your asshat kt just show here to complain. You don't contribute nor do you play so no one gives a **** about your opinion or whatever mouth diarrhoea you decide to spew. Your boy band is calling.
You assume that, if i was a new player and saw all the rivalries , arguments and banter it would make me want to play more, rather than a dead forum with the occasional post about how nice the weather is, so you can't tar all potential players with the same brush.
Infact i used to enjoy logging on mir forums for a good read but that's just out the window now.

The drama is entertaining in itself. Before you know it, a line of "This is why <insert player name> means nothing to me." screenie threads.
It'd be nice to have a host that didn't tell the players anything, so they'd have to figure it out for themselves. Even mess with the community a bit. For example, there's a thread on something as simple as how to tame pets and is it true that taking health down helps to do it. Personally, if I saw that thread on my forum, I'd let it ride for a week, then make a change to the source to vary it.... then change it back after a while.
Recall maps ? heck, I'd screw with them loads with that, but make it something so they could figure out why it was changing. Mazes I'd change frequently, but again, have a means to figure it out.
Don't tell em anything in detail, but do give hints when they've missed things. No details.
Rumours ? Have to have rumours. The whole history of mir is based around rumours. Many of which are true/false since the dawn of euro.

So, I checked out the guild/grp section, there's a thread on there about Team Wizards, nothing malicious or nasty in there and yet it's locked and Kori has asked for that type of banter to refrained from?
So are these forums straight up carebear or what? As someone that played Chronicles and may have considered coming back, and someone that likes the banter and rivalry of mir, I'm feeling less inclined to even consider log back on. But as a potential player that likes this, I'm probably not the correct demographic? It's extremely contradictory the stuff that gets said on here and there is often little explanation I'm finding.
