But, not having a cheap shot now but, what are the staff here doing?
I know this isn't exactly a forum with hundreds of members on but, shouldn't that make it easier to moderate? Especially with all the staff I see around.

Im not going to take interest in any of your forthcoming posts unless you learn how to spell. Oh and a few full stops now and again wont hurt.
Yeah, now try and figure out why there are only about 20 people on max, and then take the forum's statistical methods into consideration.
You can alter VB to display active members as anywhere between:
How many members thta have posted in the past week = Active members
or
How many members have logged on their account since 2005.
And, no forum likes to display 'Active members: 50' (Example).
