Download DB Commander from http://www.dbcommander.com

Then go to Control Panel and double click BDE Administrator. Then follow the guide in the link to "The one thread you will ever need" which KnightMare has posted

o ye I dun tht and I make my acc (yes I have the files) and I click Start and it goes completely black and nothing happens ( left it 4 10 mins)

Edit - Please help, I logon, click start and Im just looking at a black screen!

the thing is starting a server up, you need two things,

1 the best client you can get
2 the best server files u can get

once you have them its just a case of seting all the ip to 127.0.0.1 and the server name (ie) StarLite

then u have to think about ledu shall i use it or not ?

is it going to be online or offline ?

seting up a server it quite simple its the stuff that come after that thats hard

kk im using p69 files and I sign on, and theres like 4 caves lol
and no mobs there? Did I hav to do sumthing?

best way i found was to copy my euro mir 2.1 files and put the new exe in there. also if ur adding new items or mobs put them in the copied data file.
