The first installment of the restructure/redesign of Sabuk will introduce the Headquarters game.
Description
The idea is for each team (Offensive or Deffensive) to try and take control of the Sabuk Headquarters (Palace), and whilst in control, the team will accumulateSabuk Points. The team with the most Sabuk Points by the end of the war or the first team to reach 1800 points will win.
Features
Sabuk Camps
The Sabuk Games will take place on a new dedicated map, players who are involved in the war can teleport to their designated camp (defensive or offensive) once the war has started. These camps provide a fairer and more intense system where each team will be placed at an equal distance from the palace and prevent either team from walling before the war starts.
Sabuk Points Display
Each teams Sabuk Points will be displayed to all who are taking part in the war, the team with the higher points (and therefore winning) will have a red glow around their teams section.
Name Colours
Each team will be assigned a colour; orange for defensive and blue for offensive, a players name will represent the colour of his team for the duration of the war.
Guild Mode
Whilst taking part in a Sabuk Game, players will be forced to use Guild Mode.
Random Respawns
When a player dies during a Sabuk Game, they will be presented with a different respawn box to the usual pop up. Clicking the respawn button, will bring you back to life on a random part of the map.
HP/MP Increase
Players who take part in a Sabuk Game will receive a dramatic increase in HP/MP for the duration of the war, this enables longer and more intense fights.
No Pots
Pots are prohibited during Sabuk Games, this has been introduced to make a fairer, yet more difficult fight.
Auto HP/MP Regain
A players HP and MP will rapidly regain whilst they are safe in a Sabuk Game (not attacking/not being attacked).
Alliances
Allied guilds are able to take control of the palace for their allied team (defensive/offensive), those allied to both will be unable to take part in the game.
Leaderboard
A Sabuk Leaderboard will be available ingame and on the website, this board will detail the wins and losses of each guild.
Restrictions for Game Requests
A guild will have to have a certain amount of members at a specific level to be able to request a Sabuk Game, this has been introduce to stop players/guilds boost their score. Any guild found boosting will be removed from the Leaderboard.
Rounds
A Sabuk Game will consist of multiple rounds, when a team reaches a certain amount of points, everyone inside the HQ will be teleported back to their camps and neither team will have control over the palace.
No Random Teleports
Random teleports will be disabled for the duration of the Sabuk Game.
No Drops
Players will not drop for the duration of the Sabuk Game.
I think I have covered most of the changes here, however, I have most likely forgotten some subtle details (a lot has changed)... I wanted to post this ahead of the actual release of this to gather peoples thoughts, I can see some of the changes being unwelcomed, but I think they make it a fairer for fun system.
Post HQ going live, we will begin to work on Capture The Flag, Domination and Team Deathmatch (Call of Chronicles).
Special thanks to Turrican for the Artwork and Tyrease for the Sabuk Map.
