Sabuk Passage Quest Find Three Entry Points

I'm not sure if it's bugged or I screwed up but I have been in and out of all three entry points (checked the map coords and they are correct according to quest guide) but Watson says I haven't found all three?

Any help would be appreciated

Have you clicked the three nodes? Its not about going in you have to press thr 3 stones.
