Script Dont Work

Got this script and dont see why it wont work, dont come up with any errors on M2server, and all works ingame. Except it wont show the title >.< any idea's ?

It's: SETRANKLEVELNAME %s\NoobPower

and make sure you got ShowRankLevelName set to 1 in !Setup.txt
