I am finding it difficult to request my own pass on the interface tab (request) it says try up to an hour the account is locked, then when i leave it for 1.30 hours it still presumes the account is locked, can you help me recover please its annoying knowing my account may of been hacked and i cannot get back into it.
Managed to get into my main account.
