Can something be added to prevent the mouse being locked to a single monitor when on full screen where a person has dual/tri monitors, having to use windowed mode at full screen resolution is a bit of a pain as the title bar for the window always gets in the wrong place.

In VMWare and other virtualizing programs there is Ctrl-Alt key combo that releases the mouse back to windows. Not sure it would work with mir window as I had mouse stuck inside windowed mir too when I ran into a glitch while toggling from full screen to windowed mir and I couldn't release the mouse.

Before someone comes with 'windowed mir doesn't capture the mouse', well yeah, but it gets stuck when something goes wrong. Maybe it is not the same as mouse captured in full screen view but then again, perhaps it is.

At the time I opened task manager by Shift-Ctrl-Escape but mouse was still stuck inside mir window...
I believe I got it released in the end but don't remember what keys I might have pressed. Can try Alt-Tab or include shift in combination with Ctrl or Alt.

Fullscreen games have always had the mouse locked to the program unless you alt tab out of it. I've always known it that to be the case.

I remove the borders off mir and run it in windowed at my fullest resolution. that way my mouse is free and mir doesnt push everything like 40% to the left or right when its normally full screen.

Pretty much every game in the last 10 years has had a borderless window fullscreen option which allows the mouse to move to other monitors.

There is defo code for C# to add borderless fullscreen as an option, I can assume Hany can implement this very easily. The lack of the option is disappointing given windowed mode has a huge title bar
