And im quite shocked a copper would do this, give or take im against them myself because they never stop my mates from getting kicked in, an incident a while back where chav's were kicking off on us, my mate got from a 20min place faster than the coppers arrived, and when they did arrive they spoke to the chavs? i mean come on what the f*** is it with sociaty nowadays, some need to be re trained or more hired.

Atomicide can you also answer, how the hell can you get section 30'ed for just hanging somewhere? it's happened twice now. I'm really having a dis liking for all this justice because it doesn't happen in modern day sociaty for anyone under the age of 18-20 unless a severe case e.g. Murder, rape etc.

Sorry just thought id state my matter on this aswell. Also barns if that is the case, then i really do hope you win, id love to see justice win for once. i really would.

A section 30 isn't usually anything to worry about, as long as your not part of a wider problem. Most of the time its used to disperse groups of people if the police think they are causing trouble or intimidating people. You don't actually have to go out of yoru way to **** people off, but say you and 4 friends are hanging around a place where old people live, being loud etc and they get worried, then the police will disperse you, or ask you to leave the area.

If your under 16 and alone, or not under the control of a reasonable adult (say a a drunk 19 year old) then the police can remove you to your place of residence.

Like I said normally its not anything personal, its just stopping people from being intimidated, and an attempt to cut down Anti-social behaviour in areas where its a real problem. If you were walking home from say football practice late with some friends, you shouldn't get one. If your standing in a large group outside some old people's houses for 2 hours then you probably will.

It's a small town, as you can gather we're non chavs :P but the parks are infested by chavs and we normally get kicked in by them, they're normally drunk and disordly, we've been in the paper once because the only place left was a grave yard.. -.- yah im not proud of hanging there. the system is always going to be bias because if police officers got sent down the news papers would have a field day.

ive been to france and spain, both countrys police carry fire arms as standard.

in spain on holiday on a campsite i was in my caravan listening to a group of the security battering one guy with their batons.

and when it comes to beating a police officer while hes off duty trick is dont get caught...

oh and your opinion is absolutely bias due to the fact that you want to be a police officer.

Well your obviously a chav, or some sort of troublemaking idiot. Id say out of all the officers that DO end up punching a criminal or whatever do so out of frustration. The system IS biased, but at the same time, the system in this country is a peice of ****. The problem is, like ive stated, you can't fight the system, nobody can fight the system, not even the police themselves.

The system favours the police, because the police are a cornerstone of the system. However the system doesn't stop some car criminal who ran into a wall trying to escape from claiming the police punched him and dragging some officer through the same system as a means of revenge. 99% of the time the officer is innocent, but still has to endure the proceedings, accusations, and media coverage.

Honestly though, if your going out with your "**** the police" attitude and constantly talking **** about them then im not suprised they look at you like a peice of ****. There's nothing worse in this world than some ungrateful retarded teens who hate the very people who protect them purely on the principle that its "cool".

No doubt there are more serious things for them to do. Unfortunately, if they are on a particular street and some guy is smoking weed, he will get picked up, and if some guy at the same time is in an enclosed area unable to be seen weilding a gun, then he probably won't get picked up.

The police can't do anything about crimes they do not know about. If some guy is weilding a gun, they aren't going to ignore him to bag some drunks. If your mate was carrying a knife around, are you going to go and tell the police about it, if they stopped you and decided not to search, would you inform them your friend had a knife? I didn't think so. They don't normally find out some guy has a knife unless they get lucky with a stop and search, or, they get a report because that guy just stuck the knife into some guys are for looking at him.

Like I said, these teen ommunities think the police are out to ruin their lives because their £20 bag of weed was confiscated. So they tell the police nothing about anything, thne 2 weeks later some guy they know stabs them for not paying for their weed on time, and all of a sudden the police are "ignorant" of whats going on.

This is the year 3000, where the police are all in robocop gear with X-ray vision and lie detecting equiptment in their uniforms. The police are lucky if they get to carry a ****ing taser to take down a guy who would like to blow their brains out.

I'm agreeing at time it's the same for us around my location, but i have never seen a police officer hit or do anything psyical to an actual person.

Justice is not given in some places because of corruption this is a well known fact. I'm still standing by the fact that people above the age of 13 and below the age of 18-20 do not get treated right by the police, as they are seen as nuisances because of some idiocity of other people (Mainly CHAVS. It has to be said i'm sorry.).

An incident, monday night i think it was, were chav's had kicked off... and im gob smacked at this reason myself, but because one person decided to take a picture after a chav yelled at them "Do you want a picture!?" For looking at them.

Again the police we're no where to be seen, the fact is the police force are not well respected because of the amount of corruption in some area's and the amount that chav's get away with absolutely anything. Justice, only exsists from 20+ and that is my truthful opinion.
