once u purchase something and try to sell it its got "second hand" hanging above its head, things lose value when you buy them. buy a brand new car and u lose ruffly £1k-3k in value first year and 1-2k every year after that on most cars. longer u hang onto the xbox less value its gonna have, you wana get rid of it like **** off a shovel b4 its worth ne less.
