Server Boot Problem

The host of the server im a GM on (DevilsParadise) is having a problem with his server, he says it boots up normal and shows exactly the same in M2 server altho when u try connect up its saying server is Down, any ideas ?

its me having this problem btw,
all IP's r the same, it was working the night b4, woke up, put server up, no error's on M2Server or anything, and ppl msging me saying they cant log in,

weird init,
