So my question is if we do go back to the old passwords can you please change the password settings page so half of us can actually change our passwords?

Quite alot of people didn't use the same requirements as webpage when the server opened. I couldn't change my password before this due to capitalization/numbers ect not being in name.

has been changed for a while now maybe 1week? They took out the need for secret q/a and my old password was 6 numbers only. It let me change mine

I can log in fine with my details,

but when trying to change it says Account doesn't exist or password is wrong. But... if I can log in then the password is fine. Tried several times. Something up on your end?

I can log in perfectly fine with current details.

When attempting to change password however, it says "Account does not exist, or password is wrong." Both of which make no sense as I can log into said account with old password.

A few others in guild are also having this issue It seems.

I'm going to hope/assume that if I can't change it, nobody can and will leave it until Sam messages me tomorrow.

Same, its like my current password is 2 digits longer than what you can type in on the current password line

Figured it out.

ID is CASE SENSITIVE it seems, or just try using no capitals at all.

It should work then.

I Just managed to change mine at the login screen

Yeah, can login fine, can't change password ingame nor on site though.

Seems having a long, complex password came back to bite me, ironic really.

I was having the same issues and could not change my passwords, was getting the "account does not exist" message. I got around it by using all lower-case letters for the username.
