They hav e a test server, version control, patch notes and a patch level. They will be following some form of product development lifecycle, even if it is just loosely. I've yet to work for a company that follows one stringently such as Agile. They tend to be like ITIL - a set of best practices for you to follow as you please - but not a set of rules to adhere to.

As I have said before, I am not discussing it, as per the rules. if you want to question my judgement, you know what to do. You will take note though - that he has since been 'Banned By Admins' - can I point out that I can't do that?
