Server not connects

Ok I forwarded my ports Locally at first to check if it works over LAN so I did and it connected last night to my Local IP. This morning I deleted those forwards and replaced them with my global IP forwarded to them but when I run Server control it doesn't connect to my global IP (Gate doesn't open on MsERVER) But when I run it to my Local IP again (Ports not forwarded to it at this point) It connects Any ideas why its doing this?

Please help once I solve this my server is up

Have you got a FireWall or a router or Nerwork? I am not good that is stuff i am just chriying to help you be cos no one els is..

I have router and Firewall, I've forwarded Router's ports 3000 7000 7100 7200 and I can connect over LAN but it dont work on Net. Firewall is disabled

I think the router give low ID and some router have bilt in firewall to but i do not no haw to fix it

I know it has a NAT firewall and I opened Ports 3000 7000 7100 7200 So that I can connect. When i ran server to IP 10.0.0.6 it connected and both me and my brother could connect but no one over the net. could connect.

Please help badly im only 14 and never done thsi before

10.0.0.6 is your LAN I.P, so only people on your LAN can connect. You need to find your Net IP and run it using that. It should all work then. *Isn't sure if this is right as he doesn't have a router*

I ahve a router :P Yea i tried running it to my global IP but it doesn't work none of the gates work but the Local one still does isn't there a Setup thing that Ali3ns router guide tells you how to setup I'm looking for it now anyone got?

im having problems atm, ive forwarded all ports, it's all ok apart from the damn DBsrv200 exe wont change to Connected...

http://crystalserver.net/guides/ - DB,Router setup. If that don't work, i really dunno..

I tried a Router guide from Crystal site and I did the protocol editing when i did what it said the Internet disabled but my server allowed to go onto my global IP im really confused with this bloody thing!

ive managed to get people to connect to my server, problem is i can only get to the char select screen, click start then it just stops

Anyone got a lamens terms guide to put a server Online Port forwarding and everything for a Zoom ADSL router?

I've been working for 8hours today and gave up the chance to goto the pyramids because I thought I could get it up please Help someone who has a sucessful serve ron a router PLEASE!!
