Server Not Ready... -_- ??????

This is what im getting when i try run my gates either with 127.0.0.1 offline or my ip online... I have done everythink right so i dont understand why its not ready... I used the walk me through from Fernys and have run mir p servers before but i dont think iv had this problem before... Can anyone help me?

Sorry lols i checked everythink again and i had spelt it HroDB insted of HeroDB -_- Typos :P Thanks anyways! XD
