Server Setup Problem

i get as far as the char select screen then no notice
Any1 know what im doing wrong?

In the m2server.exe your server name ,ip should appear there.

Else means your gates are closed, i think

I get cannot read Common/chinky txt@readme in m2server but also get my IP + ktest :S

Your Gamegate is not connected see the ---] [--- they should be touching check IPs names dirs make sure they are all correct

gone though all ip(127.0.0.1) , server name and dir and still it wont connect

post what the [reg] part in your !setup.txt says




try putting this in its place

also tried that and the game gate still wont connect =/

happened to me as well, just make sure that path files in your game gat config.ini are all correct. and dont forgoet to change the HeroDB to the new DB folder(Defualt: C:\mirserver\mir200\DB)

I forgot to change that and that was what was wrong with mine >.<

o and also make sure in your Reg at the bottem of your !setup.txt and the top of dbsrc.ini that the Serveraddr is the one thats on the menubar of the 3IN1 programe. Well thats what i did. and worked grand. Hope it helps

Same screens as i get mate so at least im not alone

I think it must be like when you have an error in the 1.4 files when the M2server says 127.0.0.1 Not Ready !
Although its listing the ports too 5600 and 6000 so it must be an error somewhere in the ini files or something.

I'll wait for Toxics guide as i just seem to make it worse

The files you have highleted just basicly is saying that the two gates(not game gate) are logged onto the m2server.
