i looking to download a server after a couple of years away from the mir life
does any one know of a gd high rate that i could jump on and play

Take a look at the server list here.

The newest and most populated server is Artificial but it's a low rate. Old Skool is a high rate but the user count is no longer that good. You can find all the links you need in the mir 2 advertisement forum.
