Server Update!!! Name will be "HellsWinter" + more stuff inside!!!

hey all,

a couple of weeks ago i told oyu that i and a few ppl from college would be making a server, just incase u didn't read the thread the link is:

anyways we've now decided on a server name HellsWinter
for those who dont know its taken from the black zodiac (also featured in the movie 13 ghosts, the 4th ghost is the jackal, the sign of hells winter)

anyways, i have made a new cave, i can, at this point, only show u the first and second floor, the rest is gonna be maze-like and ur gonna have to blag ur way through floors 3, 4 and 5 coz u wont be able to RT or use telerings, :P

anyways here they are i hope u like them and there will also be a new province which is currently still under construction. also the release date has been delayed coz of college exam preperations and coursework dead lines

Nice simple caves eh? Sounds interesting, what kinda exp / stats?

exp is varied, say between about x8 - x12

start lvl is 7, so everoyne gets their first spell

we;re hoping for a good community so that we get trading markets going ^_^

kk i'm glad u asked :P new items yeah, all the items up to 1.8 (mirset included)

also there arecurrently 2 new item sets (i aint had time to work on items yet coz i'm making maps ^_^)

BloodGod Set and Theif Set.

BloodGod set is a basic set u get off fighting the bloodgod (makes sense lol)

the theif set is going to be part of a quest which gets harder and involves u getting pk points (killing ppl) however there is a lil' twist in the tale ^_^

i'm considering writing a story for the server, so u can kinda get a feel of it, so there is a story behind the server, its name etc etc, there's gonna be some stuff to do besides killing mobs, group quests and so on but grp quests will be coming in later dates,

i wanna get the server up asap coz there is no point in saying all this is happening when there is nothin to show for it, its gonna be a few weeks due to college stuff, then i'm gonna get server files on cd, take em ti strikers house and get the server going!

here is a lil quote from the story line so far...its going to be part of a quest!

kk, here's the deal:

college work is almost finished, maps are comin along nicely, still no precise date on the opening day however i should have it by the end of the week coz i'm back at college today so i'll be having talks with fellow server team members about final deadlines for college work / how the new interface is coming along etc etc and keeping striker sweet so he dont back out of hosting :P lol na he's a sound guy, we need to sort his old pc out so that its nice and clean and ready to host on,

so all in all everything is coming along sweetly,

also new item, which you have to do a quest to get:

i was thinking of making the last 2 floors fairly big and kinda like BDD u know where there are 3 rooms to choose from, one goes to the NObleHogPalace and the others go to...i dunno lol

but we'll see how it goes,
