Server with my IP dont work

Ok when i put all ip's to 127.0.0.1 my server runs great.
But when i put all ip's to my ip server is crap (ledu is configured good)
Any1 can help me to configure IP's in gates.


ps. in this forum is 1 topic how to configure ips but dont work for me.

it works for everyone else tho wierd ?

i suggest using the search button iam sure there are litterally 100's of posts like urs, the other thing is are you behind a router ? if you are you will need to forward the router ports ?, and when you say its running crap what do you mean? all the gates are closed ? and gate 0 is open ? or you have errors in the m2 ? or the gates are still open for exmple ] [ (open) closed ][ etc, does it all run ok then the client says connection closed ?, you really need to give a bit more detail other then its crap

I read somewhewre that there are only 3 IPs that need changing from 127.0 to your own IP. not sure if that was 1.9 or any other version or maybe its all versions of the files .

are you 100% certain that you used ipchanger and mirconfig to your servername and internet IP.

just changing these files worked for us no probs, we are on a router, with port forwarding to the server, and yes its ledu

the gate address can be set to 127.0.0.1 for routers and direct conections there need to be 3 files altered

in the dbsvr folder open !serverinfo.txt

127.0.0.1 internetIPhere 7200

in the login server folder open !addrtable.txt

Foundation Foundation 127.0.0.1 internetIPhere internetIPhere:7100

and in mir200 open !runaddr.txt

internetIPhere



if you are using a router, you need to foward ports 7000 7100 and 7200 to the hosting machine

All He needs to do is forward his ports cause hes on a router cause i used 2 have problem untill i forward my ports.

only two ips on dm2 and four ips on 1.9

but u can change them all if you like it still works

On ur ROuter there are guides telling u how to forward ur ports read guides they get u a long w8 mate.

Ok all my gates are closed ][ but when i run my client it says me Connection Closed. I configurated my Ledu. What can i do now?
