Just Rough Ideas For Upcoming Server

Medium stats - like euro but bit higher
XP - medium, lvl 40 within a week or so
Quests - few higher lvl'd quests with resonable rewards e.g. Dragon Rings
Gold - Hard to get , i like a server where gold can be used to buy items off players
Drops - rares r rare e.g. dragon ring quite hard to get ;D

uber stats, free items, free gold, mass spawning of mobs in homezone everyday, lots of pking and GM interference (sp? lol), no rares, all classes can learn all spells, remove grp hunting altogether, 1 massive guild that controls sabuk all the time and no1 can even compare 2, no quests and really really low stats (lower than euro mir).

Just described whippy when u were a gm, on the edit of no quests to half quests.

bug cave mobs around 7k each mob with medium stats so not as easy to lvl (lvling changes with what type of server it is) lots of quests gold medium must be more money then pots to hunt. items rare and euro mir items.

Exp - Like Jicaa said - Level 40 in a week
Quests - Spread through the server
Make WT Horns drop 1/1, same with ZT Relics - Get more guilds on server, and more SW Wars
No stupid instant pots - Makes SW/PvP 100% ****
Make Casting spells delay a bit quicker then normal
High A.Speed Weps - Most people hate hitting slow :P
No High Agil+ Items, makes PvP Impossible if u have low DC/MC/SC
Cash - Make it bit of a challenge, like 5x more then Euro2 - Not like 50x like others :P

Housing - With InCome Tax
Sabuk - Extra/Changed Archer positions - Make Palace and Gate equally guarded.

items - hard to get but not impossible
gold - worth summit
guilds - wars the lot pkin it all
mobs - loads an loads of bosses an llin areas more the better
people - w***kers as they make it more fun cuz u kill um :P
stats - quite high has to be above euro mir for sure but not like 200dc gm items
