ok ive finally got all the sql stuff sorted but now my setup.ini throws up an error:
ready to load ini file..

String resource loaded.

anyone kno whats wrong with that?

setup.txt has your sql info correctly?

yeh the SQL is all setup correctly from what i can see ip is fine sa pass is correct etc.. but just not runnin thru for sum reason and i believe the version is the LS3G-Chinese

mhh its an old problem the starttime exception is after emergency map its the mapinfo.txt its the wrong one !!!! all ask the same and i have written it two times and after i ever put a post the url to the answer to it search button mhhh ?? but ok i make it again so read the following post and u find the first start probs with demonics LS3G-Chinese files ( they are very well files only some little bugs that are fixed fast THX for give it to all!!!)

You need to check all IP's and server names in every section, as this can cause the start time exception.

Also check to see if your gates are all --][-- and not --] [--, as this can also be a sign that all the gates are not connecting as well.

Also which server files are you using and have you got a translated CD.ini or is it still in chinese as ive also known this to cause the same problem.

possible but than normaly starttimer exception comes not directly after the emergency map and hey if u use the search option from lomcn u will find much threads and it was ever the same problem mapinfo.txt

Ive had it when ive opened up all gates and ran CD, got the start timer exception. Ive gone back into SQL and checked the IP's and found ive had one of them set incorrectly.

Ive also had it when ive not set the server name set incorrectly and its also caused it. Its not just down to one thing that can cause it, its just a case of narrowing things down and finding the route cause of it.

at next i wrote on the place where the starttimer exception come ( AFTER EMERGENCY MAP) is a sign that the mapinfo.txt is wrong mhh i had post a link to an old thread from me if u search u will found older posts like one from patan ( that prob was so often i havent noticed all names*lol)

Do you actually understand that bit of english. Ive worked with these files for a very long time and as you may have noticed ive not once posted on this forum about getting help for this that or the other. For the simple reason, ive played with these files over and over again and have learnt how these files fit together.

Ive also learnt how to deal with errors like that as well and as ive stated. You can get this strat time exception error with the emergency map in place with many faults including the ones ive outlined as well as yours. So please dont make me out to be a fool with regards to this, cause thats all it seem to be you are doing.

Oh and by the way its not also the LS files that cause this.

so and now my **** what i realy mean!!! sure u can have that server long time but me also and sure i know in relation to kaori or demonic or other really nothing, but hey i had the same files and hey my server is running and hey i havent took the server files translate it and make a copy of euromir or other i changed all item names nearly all mob stats and most from the rest.

and hey if u read hims post u see also that HE use that files and for the rest i give a sh...t what u know or not!

so if anyone is interesting in help from my side i have here a pm box and also at my serverforum u find under advertisments on the webpage from kaori
